A former bank robber dubbed the In and Out Bandit by the media, Tom Dolan decides to turn himself and his ill-gotten gains over to the FBI after he meets the love of his life but two corrupt FBI agents steal some of the cash and murder a fellow agent, framing Tom for the crime.
